Visitation

YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS BEFORE AUTHORIZATION IS GRANTED

Eligible inmates are allowed one free 25-minute visit per week. Additional paid internet visits are unlimited and 25 minutes long.

VIDEO VISITATION POLICY:

  • All visitors must register at https://allencountyin.gtlvisitme.com
    • All information upon registering must be accurate.
  • Visitors found using a false name or identification will have their visit privileges suspended for one (1) year.
  • No flashing or showing body parts or lewd behavior.
    • Clothing worn by all visitors must be appropriate and in good taste.
  • Failure to report to a scheduled visit will result in a visitation session for the inmate and the visitor.
    • Visits can be canceled through the visitation scheduling portal.
  • All visitors must not have been incarcerated for at least 90 days prior to the visitation.
  • When using the GTL VisMobile app on a cell phone you may not take screenshots, record, or perform any other activity on the cell phone during the visit.
  • If an inmate cannot attend their visit, due to disciplinary actions, or being out of the area, the visitor will be refunded any fees.
  • All visits are monitored and recorded.
